Hi! My name is Emily and I am the person behind EmberDesignsUK.
My friends will tell you I'm not good at staying still for long. I'm always up to some kind of crafting or baking in my spare time alongside being a mummy of 2 and working as a part time teacher. EmberDesignsUK was relaunched at the start of the second lockdown as a project to keep my mind occupied. I took a gamble and invested in a new printer and machinery to enable me to make affordable gifts for both friends, family and Ember customers.
The name Ember and its logo was created back in 2011 when living in a little mountain town of Peru. Whilst living there I met so many incredible people who still mean the world to me. These families despite living in awful conditions, some battling with HIV/AIDS & earning so very very little allowed me to see life behind closed doors, took me in as one of their own & have become friends for life despite the distance! EmberDesignsUK sent £300 to these families just before Christmas and pledges to continue to support these families through the sales of products from EmberDesignsUK.

Terms and conditions
Processing time:
All of the products that I offer are made solely by me. My usual turn around is 1-5 days once payment has been received. Should there occasionally be any delay due to stock levels I will be in touch via email ASAP. Please always check your junk mail for any emails from EmberDesignsUK.
Shipping:
Where items can not be picked up locally (SM2) then Royal Mail will be used for standard delivery. Please only select "local pick up" if you are local to SM2 otherwise your order will not be produced until postage is paid. Usual delivery time, once posted is 1-3 days. EmberDesignsUK will be able to provide tracking information upon request. Once your items have been posted I can no longer take responsibly for the actual amount of time it takes for items to arrive.
For local deliveries (orders over £30) or pick up I will be in touch via email once your order is complete.
Returns:
Unfortunately as all my items are personalised I am unable to accept returns or exchanges unless an item is faulty or I have made a mistake. When placing your order please make sure any image choices and names are correct at the time of ordering. If you have realised you have made a mistake after ordering please contact me via the contact page on the website quoting your reference number and if I have not already started making the order up I will try and make any necessary changes for you.
In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged then please contact me within 48 hours and I will try and arrange a replacement.
Cancellations:
I am able to accept cancellations within 6 hours of the order being placed. Please contact me via the contact page on the website quoting your reference number.
Photographs of products:
I use photos of completed products on my Facebook page as well as my website to promote my work. By placing an order with EmberDesignsUK you are accepting the use of these photos. You may withdraw your consent at any time by emberdesignsuk@outlook.com
